Premature labor is before 37 weeks' gestation or birth weight between 500-2499 grams. The impact of premature likely that babies born prematurely will need intensive care to survive. This study aims the factors associated with preterm in Rose Room RSUD Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu 2018. used Analytical Survey method a Case Control design. population all maternity mothers dr. 2018 as many 603 deliveries. Samples were taken 88 consisting 44 by Total Sampling and without who Systematic Random Sampling. data secondary data. Data analyzed using univariate, bivariate multivariate analysis Chi Square (c2) Contingency Coefficient (C) tests. results obtained from there (50.0%) labor, non-preterm delivery mothers, 61 (69.3%) aged 20-35 years, 52 (59.1 %) multiparous parity not KPD, an age relationship category moderate relationship, close category, KPD category. It hoped health workers can increase screening for pregnant women visit Midwifery Clinic conduct early detection pregnancy at risk so it does have on labor.
